Ability to fluently speak grammatically correct English and Hindi.
BE/BTECH/BCA/MCA/ CCNA/MCSE with Minimum 2 years of Experience in Technical Support Process
Should have knowledge in Exchange Server and Proxy Server/SMTP & POP/TCP IP/Firewall/Gateway Products/Anti virus Products
Basic Knowledge on Windows Server and Linux Platforms
Willingness to work in rotational Shifts
